Spanning a spacious, dust-controlled area, our cutting department incorporates automatic fabric spreading and relaxing machinery that allows woven and knitted textiles to relieve internal tension prior to cutting, preventing post-sewing garment distortion.

Working in tandem with CAD pattern software and skilled rechecking personnel, our cutting workshop prepares perfectly matched panels for downstream sewing assembly. This rigorous pre-production discipline enables JINHAN to maintain strict sizing uniformity across every bulk apparel order.
